Why We Exist

We started Ellie because we kept seeing the same problem. Brands were investing heavily in content that was perfectly produced but quickly forgotten. The brief was fine. The production was fine. But somewhere between the meeting room and the final frame, the idea lost its impact. We built Ellie to change that. By staying close to the thinking as well as the making, we create work where the idea survives all the way through to the final frame.

Dion K

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Dion ran his first business for eight years before selling it and starting Ellie Motion. He still directs the work and leads every AI-integrated project personally. Commercially aware, creatively sharp, and honest about what a brief actually needs.

Ru Yi Gan

Creative / Lead Producer

Ru Yi has 12 years of experience producing animation and video content. She builds the right team for every project. She's worked with clients like Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Kao, and Lazada.
John Huang

Art Director

John has worked in the creative industry for over 10 years. He's behind some of Ellie Motion's most important creative systems and projects. Before joining Ellie Motion, he was part of the team behind the movie The Violinist.
Gavaine Browne

Enterprise Lead (AU)

Gavaine leads Ellie Motion's growth in the Australian market. He's been central to shaping our AU strategy and client relationships. His background directing for Australian brands gives him a strong read on what works there.
