How We Build DOOH Campaigns for Australian Brands, From Singapore
Case Study
2026-11-02
Sydney and Melbourne have some of the busiest screens in the region. Getting noticed on one takes more than a video loop.
We are a Singapore production studio. We have built DOOH campaigns for Australian brands for a while now, working remotely with Australian agencies and media owners on live screens in both cities.
Here is what that actually looks like, and what it takes to make it work from outside the country.
Australian work, built remotely
We have delivered DOOH for Samsung in Melbourne, Borderlands 4 at Wynyard Station in Sydney, Dan Murphy's nationally, and V Energy across a multi-flavour range launch. All four were run end to end from our Singapore studio, working directly with the Australian agencies and media owners on site.
None of that happened by chance. It took a production process built for working across a distance, not just a time zone overlap.

What remote production actually requires
Screen geometry has to be right the first time
A 3D anamorphic effect only works from one exact viewing angle. We cannot walk the site in person before a Melbourne or Sydney install, so the screen specs, mounting angle, and sightline all have to be confirmed upfront, then built and tested against that exact geometry before anything ships.
The media owner relationship has to be direct
DOOH screens are booked and operated by media owners like JCDecaux Australia. We work with them directly rather than through a local go-between, so technical questions get answered in hours, not days.
Turnaround cannot depend on being in the room
Our Dan Murphy's campaign went from brief to a live screen in under two weeks, entirely remote. That only works when review and approval happen on a tight async loop, not when everyone is waiting for someone to fly in.

Why work with a Singapore studio for an Australian screen
Singapore and Sydney overlap for most of the Australian business day, so reviews and approvals move in real time, not overnight.
It also means access to a different production pipeline. Our V Energy range launch needed one visual effect working across several flavours at once, so we built a hybrid AI-driven pipeline to generate the variant assets instead of reshooting each one from scratch. That kind of build is easier to justify across a full campaign than for a single screen.

FAQ
Do you need to be based in Australia to produce DOOH for Sydney or Melbourne?
No. We have delivered campaigns in both cities working remotely from Singapore, coordinating directly with the Australian media owner and agency on site.
How do you handle a screen you cannot visit in person?
We get the exact screen geometry, mounting angle, and sightline confirmed upfront, then build and test the content against those specs before it ships.
Does remote production slow down the timeline?
No, if the review process is built for it. Our Dan Murphy's campaign went from brief to live screen in under two weeks, entirely remote.
