Ellie Motion has worked as a commercial video and motion production studio in Singapore for years, delivering campaigns for public sector bodies, non-profits, and brands. This site covers the practice we've built around AI-assisted production.
What "AI-assisted" means here
AI-assisted means a production pipeline where AI tools compress the slow, mechanical parts of making video: ideation passes, previsualisation, iteration, asset variation. That frees up more time and budget for the parts that actually require a human: concept, direction, casting a message, knowing when something feels right.
What it doesn't mean
Every project we ship is still built on a concept someone had to think of, a character someone had to design with intent, and a message someone had to get right. The tooling changes. The standard stays the same.
"What creative risk can we take so every project we do stays fresh?"
That's the question we ask before any AI tool gets involved. It keeps every project from repeating the last one.

Founder
Dion ran his first business for eight years before selling it and starting Ellie Motion. He still directs the work and leads every AI-integrated project personally. Commercially aware, creatively sharp, and honest about what a brief actually needs.

Ru Yi Gan
Creative / Lead Producer
Ru Yi has 12 years of experience producing animation and video content. She builds the right team for every project. She's worked with clients like Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Kao, and Lazada.
John Huang
Art Director
John has worked in the creative industry for over 10 years. He's behind some of Ellie Motion's most important creative systems and projects. Before joining Ellie Motion, he was part of the team behind the movie The Violinist.

Enterprise Lead (AU)
Gavaine leads Ellie Motion's growth in the Australian market. He's been central to shaping our AU strategy and client relationships. His background directing for Australian brands gives him a strong read on what works there.
