Punggol Link RN × Tamiya Mini4wd Meetups
A monthly meetup trailer for a real community group, built with an agent pushing local models end to end, paired with an original soundtrack composed for the series.

The brief
Punggol Link Residents' Network runs a monthly Tamiya Mini4wd meetup for the neighbourhood, a small but tight-knit community gathering with no production budget and no marketing team behind it. They needed a recurring way to show up online that felt consistent, cared-for, and worth sharing, not a one-off flyer.
Rather than scope it as a single video, we treated it as a small ongoing production system: one agent-driven workflow that could be pointed at a new meetup each month and come back with a finished trailer, built entirely on local models with no recurring subscription cost.
The workflow
- An agent runs the pipeline end to end through ComfyUI, from prompt to final cut, with a human reviewing checkpoints along the way rather than operating every tool by hand.
- Qwen Image generates the still frames and key visuals that anchor each scene.
- Krea2 produces stylised poster art from those stills, used both as a thumbnail and as a seed for animation.
- MiniMax H3 animates selected stills into motion, adding a layer of life to frames that would otherwise stay static.
- An original soundtrack, composed in Suno specifically for the series, ties every monthly cut together with a consistent sound.
- Everything runs on local models. No per-render API cost, and the workflow is reusable on next month's meetup with new footage dropped in.
